The terms & condition of sale that apply to your purchase of In The Pink Shoe clips are set out below. Placement of an order with us is confirmation that you accept these terms and conditions, together with our secure payment, shipping, returns and privacy policies.
Currency and Payment
All pricing shown is in New Zealand Dollars. GST (Goods and Services Tax) at 15% is included within the price.
There are several ways in which you can pay for your purchase:

  1. Credit Cards -  To guarantee the highest security of your transaction, we use Paymex to process your credit cards. In The Pink does not collect or store any credit card information.  This information is all processed by Paymex.  When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by Paymex to enter your payment details. 
  2. Direct Bank Deposit,Internet/Phone Bank Transfer - Payment can be made directly into our bank account. If you choose this payment method you will be supplied with the account information via an email when you confirm your order. Please show your order number-as-the-reference number. Payments from customers outside of New Zealand are required to pay by Credit Card in New Zealand Dollars. We do not accept any other currency. Your credit card issuer may apply charges for currency conversion.
  3. Cash - You are welcome to visit us in Tauranga, New Zealand. We can accept cash for purchases made in person.
  4. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via fax or by post, or by phoning us on 07 5753933.


Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives in faulty condition please follow the returns policy procedure below. In The Pink will happily replace the item and refund the cost of returning the faulty goods.
Accurate Representation
To ensure an accurate representation of all items stocked, In The Pink takes great care with photography and all descriptions of our range of accessories. Please be aware that some colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website. If you are unhappy with your choice, please feel free to return the item following the returns policy.
No Warranty
In The Pink does not manufacture the products it sells. Therefore, In The Pink does not warrant that any of our products are fit for any specific purpose. However it is our policy to ensure that all products meet In The Pinks high quality and style standards before a new product is added to its sales range.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping within NZ
    In The Pink uses NZ Couriers for national delivery.. We process your order right away and once payment is cleared, your item will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
    All packages within New Zealand are delivered door to door and require a signature upon delivery.  Track and Trace is standard for all packages and costs $5.00 for all purchase within New Zealand. All packages are targeted for delivery between 2 - 6 working days.
  • International Shipping
    All international (Countries outside New Zealand and within Oceania) packages are sent international Air Bag with New Zealand Post which is $12.
    All taxes and duties that may be applicable in countries outside New Zealand are your responsibility, as is any fee charged for customs clearance once the product has left New Zealand. No refunds will be issued for late delivery.
    Delivery Schedule:
    You must inform us within five working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
    You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Damaged Goods
Any items damaged during transit have a 100% replacement guarantee, however you will be required to return the damaged goods as per the refund policy.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is always our priority concern! In The Pink has taken a great deal of care selecting only the best fashion accessories for you to choose from and we are confident that you will not be disappointed with your purchase.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have ordered or receive a defective item, please contact us within 2 days after you receive goods.
If you are returning goods, please note that risk in transit is your responsibility until we receive the goods. Please make sure you send any products returned to us packed with care and sent with a reputable courier service that will provide a track and trace facility and insurance. The return item must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, the hanging tags must still be attached for us to accept a returned product.

Please Note:

  • We will not accept any goods that have been worn, used, have their labels removed, engraved, altered or damaged.
  • We can only accept items returned if they are within their original packaging.
  • There is no return or exchange for sale items.
  • Shipping and/or delivery charges will not be refunded.
  • We do not accept returns due to normal wear and tear on used items.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will be willing to accept the item for return or exchange if you do not contact us via email within 2 days of receiving your goods.
  • We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.
